At this year's education day, we will focus on the work of our colleagues. In 3 sessions you will gain insight into what Poul from communications and Jytte from IT do on a daily basis.

Understand your colleagues work
The day will be wrapped up with a workshop in your own department, where you have to figure out what "island" your department represents in the company. We'll also increase our knowledge on how to build even bigger bridges to the other "islands" in the company.
The purpose is to gain better insight into each other's workflows in order to increase collaboration and communication across departments and disciplines.
We have had one person from each department sign up to lead a workshop. This means that there will be 8 wonderful workshops to choose from. Feel free to challenge yourself in your choices, so that you both choose according to interest and "opposites meet".
