This year's team building trip: Truth, cooperation and silence



It's time for this year's team building. We're taking a trip to Skagen, where we will spend 2 days together with a focus on building trust, and spice it up with time for collegial togetherness.

This means that there will be both planned exercises in groups and two self-chosen optional activities. The activities are based on the wishes that came in after last year's team building.

The program starts in the parking lot in front of the office, where you will be divided into the groups you will spend the first day in. You will be given a snack basket in the car, so nobody goes hungry on the long drive.

Program day 1:
08:00 AM - 10:00 AM Transportation to Skagen
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM Arrival and accommodation
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM 1st group task: At the campsite
12:00 PM - 13:00 PM Lunch: Picnic baskets and bonfire on the beach
13:00 PM - 15:00 PM 2nd group task: On the beach
15:00 PM - 16:00 PM Campfire coffee with homemade bread
16:00 PM - 17:30 PM 1st round of volunteer activities
17:30 PM - 19:00 PM 2nd round of volunteer activities
19:00 PM - ? Dinner, entertainment and fun

Program day 2:
08:00 AM - 09:00 AM Breakfast
09:00 AM - 12:00 AM Team building exercises in total silence
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM Tongues untied: Summary of the exercise
12:30 PM - 13:30 PM Lunch
13:30 PM - 15:30 PM Transportation home
