In this 6-hour course you will learn how to deal with all life-threatening conditions in adults and children.
The course emphasizes the practical execution and understanding of the execution. The course contains practical exercises, and of course some theory.
The course contains:
- The 4 main points of first aid.
- Life-saving first aid for the unconscious
- Resuscitation
- Resuscitation of children
- How to handle blocked airways
- Orientation and use of defibrillators
- Management of general life-threatening conditions in adults and children
- How to handle burns
- Dealing with schock, including bleeding
Lunch is included
Instructor: Peter Eriksen
I have taught as an approved instructor in first aid since 2010 and have since 2014 run a company focusing on the delivery of professional defibrillators and high quality first aid courses across most of Denmark.
In addition, I am a first aider / Samaritan at events, such as concerts or sporting events. I also use my military background in my courses.
